Prior to tattooing , always ensure that you are not effect led by any of the following before make an appointment: 

• Under 18 years old 

• Pregnant or nursing 

• Botox in the past 1 month 

• Viral infection or diseases 

• Medication that thins blood

• Blood disorder such as hemophilia, sickle cell anemia and platelet disorder 

• Allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine 

• Sick (cold,flu) 

• Previously tattooed and the tattoo still too dark 

• Has laser treatment ,glycolic peels, chemical peels around the treatment area within the past 3 weeks 

• AIDS , HIV or Hepatitis 

• Diabetic 

• Epilepsy 

• Has a pacemaker or major heart problem 

• Has a history of keloid scarring 

• Has scar tissue build-up from previous or frequent tattooing 

• Has skin irritations (rash,sunburn,acne) or Psoriasis near the treated area 

• Has an allergy to nuts 

• Is severely tanned /has sun damaged skin

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT. NOT ADHERING TO THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN IMPACT YOUR END RESULT:

 • No excessive alcohol consumption 24 hours before your procedure.

 • Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.

 • Do not take Aspirin, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure.

 • No brow waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion or chemical peels 1-2 weeks prior.

 • Discontinue the use of Accutane/Retin-A or any other acne medication at least 6 months prior to the procedure.

 • No Botox/filler around the brow / tattooing area or forehead 4 weeks prior

 • Please Note: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
